This hotel has a great location by the river and it offers beautiful views. The paved walkway and cycle track just outside the hotel is perfect for cycling or jogging, and the breakfast was a good choice. The staff was efficient and friendly.

The sunrise view was amazing and really worth waking up for. the breakfast was plentiful and had a good mix of Western and local dishes. the gym was equipped and well maintained. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful with giving directions to nearby attractions.

The location was a bit far from the city center, so be prepared to travel by car or public transport. there were occasional noise disturbances late at night from nearby conference rooms that made it harder to sleep.

The hotel is brand new, with super clean facilities and friendly and attentive staff. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, overlooking the Kong River and the mountain ranges of Laos. The breakfast buffet offers a generous selection of both Western and Thai dishes, all of which taste good. The hotel provides personalized hospitality and has a family ambiance, making it a great choice for business travelers.

We had a small issue with our room at Blu Hotel, but the staff handled it efficiently and offered us a solution that met our needs. I also made use of the convenient local transport to the city and was impressed by the lovely view of the Mekong river. the service was exceptional, and the staff was welcoming. the breakfast spread was delicious, and the room was comfortable, complete with bathrobes and slippers. In-room lighting and the rain shower exceeded my expectations.
